LOL, I don't think so in this case.

So, the fans in NE, BUF, CHI, GB etc. have trouble getting to the games in snow? Don't think so.

Philly is a major city with tons of public transportation. No excuses.

Personally, I'm madder that it is rescheduled for Tuesday than if it were rescheduled for Monday. The Tuesday thing is a crock!

I know, not only no Iggles game, but no football game.

Crocodile Dundee is on AMC at 8 though.

I'm with all of the Tuesday sentiments - total crapola.

Especially in that the game was originally to be a 1PM game that was moved to Sunday night. I bet that if the game remained at 1, would they have played the game since most travel would had been done during the daytime. And even if it would have been canceled, it would be a FOX regional game and would have been played on Monday.

Just an interesting set of circumstances there...

Well of course it would have not have been cancelled if the game stayed at 1pm because he snow is not expected to get heavy until later this evening.

Sorry - I'm about 1,500 miles out of pocket.

Makes my point more interesting - victims of the flex schedule.

Honestly, I think it helps the Eagles in the game itself. The speed advantage would be somewhat neutralized in heavy snow.

With Joe Webb starting for the vikings, I don't think it woul have mattered if Vick could run or not because they would still win the game.

gee, I really hope it's not too cold and snowy in New York city for the Super Bowl a few years from now. What will the NFL ever do?
