Absolutely ridiculous IMO. And what's with the Tuesday night thing? Why not Monday night? Oh....I forgot....don't want to take away ratings from the big NO @ ATL game. F***ers!

Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong, but I have never heard of an NFL game being postponed due to snow. I think there was a game postponed one due to lightning.

I think it was cancelled beccause they didn't want fans trying to drive in the snow. I'm just guessing. It has nothing to do with not being able to play in the snow

I certainly don't ever remember an NFL game being postponed due to snow, that's really bizarre.

This league is turning into a bunch of pansies. What is the world coming to when a football game needs to be post-poned due to weather?

It was stated on the local ABC philly website that

"By postponing the game, this will ensure that roads and parking lots are fully cleared"

Sorry, not buying it. Perhaps the owners are trying to protect their number one investment...the players.

It's probably Favre's fault.
