Giants win in Wasington and then the Packers win in Chicago to eliminate the G-men. Giamts have no one to blame but themselves and Coughlin job be fired.

True, Giants suffered a tuff loss the the Eagles but they end their season with a respectable 10-6 record, nothing to sneeze at, hence, coach Coughlin should not be fired. . . They need to make adjustments and get ready to make the playoffs next season.

A coach who wears his emotions on his sleeve is not someone who is headcoaching material. He moans and groans on the sidelines instead of coming up with strategies and motivating his players.

Ridiculous. Couglin is a good coach..he won them a Super Bowl with his motivation tactics. Is it time for a change? Maybe...but saying Couglin is the reason the Giants failed is off base.

Somebody needs to go, maybe the Defensive Coordinator

NA man... you can't explain off the Giants loss to Philly by firing someone. That was just one of those things...(thanks M Vick) Let it be...Lots of injuries for the Giants this year. 10-6 is not a failure. I just say let it die now...and next year fill some holes..hope guys don't get hurt and give it another go.

In most seasons 10-6 gets you in the playoffs. It is purely by chance that they didnt get in. Coughlin has had this team a perrenial player in the NFC and even a Super Bowl title. You dont fire a coach like that right after having a winning season. It's not easy to go 10-6 in the NFL.

Gilbride should be out the door. Coughlin is fine, lets not forget 2 yrs ago he took the 6 seed to the SB and Won. Plax will be a Giant again next year, the D will still be good. And like someone 10-6 is still pretty stout, I know another 10-6 team too in that division.

Is Plaxico back on the Giants roster next year? I hadn't even thought about that. I wonder how effective he will be. Anyways, the collapse vs Philly is one of 6 reasons the Giants are not in the playoffs, not the only reason. It just happens to be the most painful, I'd assume, to Giants fans.

I didn't mean he was signed, just a possibility. Lots of twitter talk seems to think he'll be back in Blue again next year. I certainly hope so. How about that for a foursome of receivers:

Plax
Smith
Nicks
Manningham
