Why are you saying one QB beat the other as oppose to the team beating the other team? Ive shown you his numbers are mediocre to bad in the post season, a plethora of them, yet you ignore it and link a ESPN article as your arguement. I can tell you are punch-drunk on the kool-aid right now, which I get, my team is still in it, the Bears, and I feel the same way about my squad. But I am done arguing with you as you are taking a strawman approach imho

did you even read the post... Read the numbers... injury game aside you are talking about a QB who has a 9-2 touchdown to interception ratio in the postseason... did i ever say he was Brady like or he was as good as Ben? no...

however, is he a playoff QB threat? yes he is, and the numbers back that up... why you chose to single out Sanchez I have no idea, but the fact remains that he is a playoff tested QB who doesnt fold under the pressure unlike most and i would take him and maybe 2 or 3 others in the NFL right now if I were to assemble a team for the playoffs, that is how much i trust him come playoff time to make the right decisions...

Based not on overall talent level but strictly on playoff performances, I would take him, Ben, Eli, or Brady. I haven't seen enough from Rodgers yet, but he may as well be in that list...

And it has nothing to do with me being unreasonable since I'm a fan. obviously that plays a part in who I root for, but as far as statistics go, considering his inexperience in the league he really is as good as it gets and he will only continue to get better...

Moving on. For those of us who have the vice, here are the lines for this weekend:

GB (-3.5) @ CHI ---O/U 43.5

Jets (+3.5) @ PIT---O/U 38.5

I find the O/U numbers interesting. For the AFC game the line is in exact accordance with the last game. NYJ won 22-17 for a total of 39 points. However, the last Bears/Packers game a total of only 13 points were scored. That is a function I am sure of everyone being so high on Rodgers being able to score at will right now, but I think the best looking # on that board is the U on the early game.

I don't think Sanchez is an elite QB but all he has to do is be just as good or better than Ben on Sunday.

That means don't turn the ball over, manage the game like he did against the Patriots.

Confidence wise, they definitely won't be intimidated because they won there several weeks ago and I feel if you can beat 2 Hall of Famers 2 weeks in a row, nothing should bother you.

They (Jets) have a good enough team to win. Its a matter of scheming and executing like last week...

s/b a great game..

@ orangeish dont you mean the first jets playoff game... last one was 28-21... otherwise agreed with everything you said. Falcons D isn't exactly Bears D, his numbers won't be inflated but will be enough to win the game.

^^ I meant the first meeting between the Steelers/Jets earlier this season. I thought I saw the final score was 22-17 in that game.
