I read a blog that the real issue on this matter just has the players caught in the middle of this thing and it's actually about revenue sharing between big market owners and small market owners. This is actually a fight between the owners and the players are caught in the middle.

^ If that's the case and I was a big market owner I would have made a fuss about it long before now. I never understood how these arrangements are fair.

I read the same article. And I agree with its premise that this dispute is about revenue sharing between the teams. What I believe though is that the players instead of being "caught in the middle" were purposefully pinned with the blame for the dispute between the players and owners. This was done so that the owners could divert attention form their own dirty dispute.
