I don't buy it. One team will probably put out the cash when a receiver gets hurt. Moss' thing right now is the cash ain't there. When a receiver gets hurt he will be back for the right price.
I find it hard to believe there are 32 teams that each have two receivers better than Moss. He's still a 10 TD guy. I understand you want to develop some of your young receivers on the team. But what about teams that have been really close the last few years? The Ravens could use him to maybe get over the hump. The Jets think Plax is a better option? He's no spring chicken either. The Falcons gave up a ton just for Julio Jones. They could have had Moss. How about SD with Rivers?

Titans had no QB, he probably tanked the season at that point. I think in the right situation he can definitely be motivated enough to grab 10 Tds.
