Let's not get carried away... The Raiders let Nnamdi play bump and run man to man like the Jets let Revis play. The Eagles don't let Nnamdi do that... they play zone and deep 3rds. He's basically regulated to a safety... That's really what corners are in zones. And Nnamdi is not thrown at much when he's in man to man like Revis is...
Bailey is still an elite corner, but he is not the undeniable league best he was in 2005 and 2006. Not surprising though, father time catches up to anyone.
You could make a very good case for him being the best cornerback in the modern football era. Very few cornerbacks were ever as complete as he was.
The only way it'll ever stop being up for debate is if Revis was to sign a contract with the Cowboys.
