Terrible for Tebow...it's a tough town and from Ryan on down the Jets are a classless bunch...!

This is going to be a train wreck.

"We don't need Tebow. We sell out every home game let him go to Jacksonville Tampa or Miami. Our wildcat offense can b ran by J. Kerley or Joe McKnight we straight," Cromartie tweeted on Tuesday as rumors of Tebow to the Jets began to swirl.

You can't make this stuff up.

"...Sanchez drops back to pass on third and six from the Patroits 17...looks to his right, fires a pass over the middle, and its picked off--Brandon Spikes just stepped into the lane as Sanchez was looking for Holmes! Sanchez's third i-n-t of the game. And listen to this crowd--they are chanting for Tebow! Think we will see Tebow on the next series for New York?..."

Yep, I already seeing it happening...because we all know it is GOING to happen--it is not an if it is a when...

Tebow could not have drawn a worse hand. Media pressure, not an open competition, ruthless fans, loudmouth overrated coach, Questionable talent around him. Trainwreck.

The only thing that will help Tebow is that Sanchez, I think, isnt untouchable. As soon as he screws up, fans will love Tebow because they will want him in the game. The problem will be if he comes in, and does no better than Sanchez.

If Tebow screws up in NJ he's gonna hear words from the fans that have never been heard in Denver.

Glad I dumped the Jets for Carolina.

I can see Tebow winning the starting job pretty early on. Sanchez is AWFUL. At least Tebow does some things well (even though throwing the ball is NOT one of them)

Well, I am sure that lots of people can relate to Tebow now--how many people in their lives have been told by their boss, "You are the great! There are bright things ahead of you with this company"--only to be fired or demoted shortly thereafter!

Me too. Rex Ryan wants to get back to a strong running game and Tebow is the right guy IMO.

I'm happy for Tim, I think this will be a better match for him and he will do well.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that the NFL has encountered "hangup language" that could nullify the Jets' trade for Tim Tebow.
Schefter doesn't have finite details, but the deal has not been approved by the NFL. Per Schefter, the Rams "could wind up getting back into play" if the trade is nixed. The Jaguars and Packers also had interest in Tebow. Stay tuned. Mar 21 - 3:16 PM
