They had plenty of opportunities during regulation time and were shut down by the Jets D.

You lost, deal with it.

Given their first meeting was a 3 point game and today's line was Pats -4, I don't think so.

I'm not a Pats fan. I'm a Jets fan.

How so?
Jets defense is 2nd against the rush, 12th against the pass, and 4th in total yds -- much better than the
Pats offense is average at best.

Either way, why would you think the Pats should have blown the Jets out?

I was pulling for the Pats to pull this one out. I hate the Jets. Refs gave them the game with the ridiculous penalty call. Absolutely absurd.

Jets didn't beat Pats. Refs did.

I'll remind you of the "tuck rule" game. Pats should never complain of a call going against them.

Edit: I also wonder how you felt about a few calls last week that seemed to greatly favor the Pats. Are those the reason the Pats won last week or does this only work one way?

I was at the game yesterday and no one knew what happened. Jets and Pats fans alike. It didn't get replayed on the Jumbo Tron because it really looked silly - a 15 yard penalty for pushing your own guy? The NFL should just go ahead and bring flags in that way there would be no chance of an injury.

So yeah it was a total BS call that I am sure has never been called all season. No it's no the same as the "tuck" rule for those who are quickly pointing that out.

That being said, Pats still lead the division, and the Jets barely beat our "B" defense and a technicality gave them the win. Crappy calls happen all day long and add to the overall emotional rollercoaster we're all addicted to "that is the NFL"
