Pats still have Brady, but the offense is pretty mediocre without Gronkowski. It's gonna be harder for the Pats to pull games out of their rears without him.

The Pats are probably 2 games past, where they're luck should have run out. This game didn't surprise me, Tanehill is a good QB and he's hungry. Only so many times you can spin the barrel of the gun and not get the bullet. Odds caught up with them (just like it did the cowboys).

The Pats overall played good O but a 2 red zone 4 and outs and settling for a field goal didn't help. They should have punched in one of those 2 FG for a TD. I really think they should pound Ridley more and more.

Just December football, someones hurt or in jail, gotta just make due with what you got.

Now it's 1 Denver loss. Patriots own the tiebreaker over the Broncos, so if they finish with the same record (12-4 or 11-5) Patriots get the 1 seed. Likewise, since the Bengals own the tiebreaker over the Patriots, the Bengals would get the 2 seed and the bye over the Patriots if they both finished with the same record (12-4, 11-5, or 10-6). Luckily, the Steelers are helping out the Pats, currently leading the Bengals 21-0 in the first, so if that result holds up, Pats would slot back in at #2 (currently sit #3, and would say there if the Bengals came back and won).

Figured it was going to be a tough game...............it was. Gostkowski didn't have a good day, but a more aggressive approach in the red zone would've been nice though. That 4th and 5 the Fins got was brutal.......obviously can't let that happen. Was still a chance in the end, and Danny Boy almost brought that one on in. On to Baltimore.

Yeah, Danny almost - Gronk with his 6'7" height and pterodacty like wing span woulda bear clawed it away and game over...woulda coulda shoulda...gronk being hurt now is the worst thing that can happen...I'd say the only other person who has the same height/wing span advantage is Calvin Johnson.

Yep, being Gronk-less is not good. Going to have to rely on the running game perhaps, and hope #22 can hold onto the ball. Was an impressive one arm catch from Hooman........quite Gronkalicious it was!

Going to be a tough one Sunday, hopefully Talib can keep Torrey Smith in check and the D can control the game. Saying................Pats 23-Ravens 20. Another nail bitter on the way.

I like this game for the Pats. Ravens are on a roll though and their D and special teams are solid, offense is a little dr. jekyll/hyde. I like the Patriots to seek revenge for the AFC championship 2 years ago. It will be close but Pats can edge them out.
