I'm not ready to make any calls yet. If Dante Scarnecchia is guaranteed, I think the O-Line will get a much needed makeover. I believe that was the difference this season, the weak play of the O-Line. Of course who knows exactly what caused the Pats to get only so far, but my observation says the O-Lines percentage of guilt is the highest.

With a healthy Brady, again we can only wait until next year to see how his body is holding up. We've seen nothing the believe he won't come back an elite "old" QB, meaning top 5 in the league elite. So I would think 10 wins is a good bet. If they address the back position that would help. Need a bruiser even if Deon Lewis comes back fine next year.

Without the 1st round draft pick, we'll see how the Pats approach the draft and free agency.

What many fans don't get when they are bashing the top teams, those teams are always picking at the bottom of the draft and still winning every year. I hope Brady is in good health, I still want a Pats and Pack SB!

There are certain teams that should be respected for the way their front office and behind the scenes people operate.

I agree O line play was the achilles heel of this team especially in the AFC Championship. Getting Scarnecchia back would mean an immediate upgrade with maybe 1 or 2 player additions and hopefully subtractions (looking at you Marcus Cannon)

Brady should be good to go, no word on off season surgery needed this year and despite the horrendous beating he took against Denver he was still looking strong at the end of that game. He is the GOAT no question.

You are right, they need to address RB in the offseason and despite all the rumors regarding Matt Forte I think his price tag will be too high and he is not the back they need especially if Lewis is good to go next season.

Not too worried about the draft position despite Goodell sticking it to the Pats without a shred of evidence to back his claims, Pats would have been drafting 29th anyway and the last time they drafted as low as they will be this year, there first pick was Jamie Collins....that worked out OK

Don't think they will be making any big splashes in free agency they are right up against the Cap and need to be thinking about extending contracts on the Big 3 on defense....Collins, Hightower and Jones.....

I do think they will be parting ways with Jerod Mayo which will free up some money, 3 straight seasons on IR and a significant decline in his play this season when he did get on the field.

Mayo is calling it a career. After 8 season in the NFL, all with New England. It's too bad the last 3 years he's been hit with big injuries. We'll miss Mayo. On the plus side, this opens up some good money for the Pats.

He will be missed from a leadership standpoint but honestly he has contributed nothing for 3 years now and both Hightower and Collins are upgrades at the ILB position even compared to Mayo's peak seasons.

Wouldn't be surprised to see him join the coaching staff

Honestly....I'm feeling a bit flat about the Patriots 2016 season. May only get 12 wins.

Will be a tougher schedule next year no doubt, with match ups against the NFC West and AFC North. But I'm still thinking 12 wins and a handily won division title. Another trip to the AFC title game is also a very reasonable expectation. Hopefully it will be played at home next time (still angry at Bill for giving the ball to the Jets in OT).

Patriots have shipped Chandler Jones out to Arizona in exchange for Jonathan Cooper and a 2nd round draft pick.

Not a shocking move as Jones was entering the final season of his rookie deal. Looking at what some FA D linemen have been given during the off season, there's little chance the Patriots would offer Chandler what he would command in the open market. This will also help the Patriots lock up Hightower, Collins and Butler.
