In Super Bowl LI, Tom Brady threw 62 passes. That's a Super Bowl record.

He completed 43 passes. That's another Super Bowl record (2nd place is 37, by some guy named Tom Brady).

He threw for 466 yards, yet another Super Bowl record (before tonight, Kurt Warner - who played in three Super Bowls - held spots #1, #2 and #3).

All time, Brady has attempted 309 Super Bowl passes (almost double the guy in second place, Peyton Manning at 155).

He's completed 207 passes (more that twice as many as #2 Manning at 103).

And yards? He has 2071 Super Bowl passing yards, over 900 yards ahead of Kurt Warner at 1156 (which is a helluva total for only 3 appearances in the big game).

Unfreakingbelievable!!!!! The team mounts an incredible comeback with the GOAT leading them down the field each time they get the ball. And then that OT drive. WOW.

I cannot believe they won that game. The Patriots have fully cemented their legacy as the greatest dynasty in NFL history. I am still buzzing.

Now more than ever I could care less what the Pats and Brady haters have to say. Say cheat, use asterisks, whatever eases your pain. This New England Patriots team on this incredible 17 year run winning this Super Bowl in the fashion they did, with Brady leading the Pats on 2 scoring drives and two 2-pt conversions in the 4th Qtr, and then getting the ball in OT and cementing the legacy with a TD drive in the first ever SB OT.

The New England Patriots - best dynasty in the history of the NFL
Tom Brady - the greatest QB in NFL history

Story over.

Awesome, entertaining game, watched to the very end! Congrats to the Patriots, and for the haters, give it up. Patriots have accomplished something no other team has and should be recognized and respected for it.

I'm a fan of another team but how can one not say "hats off" to the Patriots! Congratulations and oh those Packers, I still want a Brady and Rodgers Super Bowl!

It's too bad your team wasn't healthy against the Falcons. Rodgers cannot do it on his own, no player can.

“The most important thing tonight is the team win,” Belichick said. “I am happy for our team, our players and our organization. Everybody worked so hard for this. The only reason I am here is because of what our players did, what our assistant coaches and coordinators did, but Chuck Noll is a tremendous coach. A tremendous legacy. I coached against Chuck in his final game. I always admired Chuck and his style. The way his teams played. It is an honor to even be mentioned in the same sentence with Chuck Noll. Tonight is really about our team. It is not about some record or something like that. It is about what our team accomplished. They deserve to be champions. They earned it tonight.”

This is why you have to love Bill.
