He doesn't work for the Saints anymore. Not sure how they would "throw him under the bus".
It doesn't matter who Williams works for, Payton and Loomis will now begin to state that they told Williams to END the bounty program and he simply did not.. he was a rouge coach. They will now shift most of the blame on Williams..

It's happening already.
Both Payton and Loomis have already admitted responsibility. Their punishment already handed down. What exactly would be the point of "shifting" the blame?
The NFL upheld its discipline in the New Orleans Saints bounty case, meaning coach Sean Payton will begin his yearlong suspension April 16.
The league announced the penalties Monday, noting that the bans for general manager Mickey Loomis (eight games) and assistant coach Joe Vitt (six games) stand and will begin after the preseason. Payton's suspension will last through Super Bowl XLVII, which is being held in New Orleans.
The NFL's statement said that commissioner Roger Goodell will review the status of all three individuals after each suspension ends and sources told ESPN that Payton, Loomis and Vitt will have to adhere to league restrictions during their suspensions or put at risk their timely reinstatement, possible reductions of financial penalties, and possible modification of a forfeited 2013 second-round draft pick.

my guess is that one or more of these boobs will probably be caught trying to perform some type of clandestine influence or involvement with the team and get their pee pees wacked again.
They admitted it happened under their watch and that they are ultimately responsible for what happens with their team (which of course is true). It has also been shown they lied to Goodell. What exactly would they say now that would be a good "pr" move?
Bill Parcells said Wednesday that he talked to Sean Payton and general manager Mickey Loomis about the New Orleans Saints' interim opening for 2012, but he's enjoying his life away from the sidelines and "it's time" to stay retired.
"I've been out quite a while now. I have another life. I'm very happy with that," Parcells told ESPN's Mike Tirico on "SportsCenter."
Parcells, a Hall of Fame finalist who turns 71 in August, has not coached since 2006. He will remain an ESPN analyst.

Apparently Brees is upset that he hasn't received an explanation from the NFL about why Payton was suspended for a year. Why on earth does he feel he is going to get it?
