If Manning did sign with the Redskins, they have to get a QB in the draft regardless. Manning has 3-4 good years left. I don't think Manning will be as stubborn as McNabb was. Once Manning retires, the new QB can step in. The drafted QB can learn a lot from Peyton Manning.

Expect to see more Redskins-Giants matchups on NBC/ESPN if Manning comes to the Redskins. I wouldn't be surprised if they put Redskins/Giants on Thursday Night to start the season.

I wonder if Peyton Manning's tears at the press conference had more to do with not getting the 28 million rather than his love for Indianapolis..just sayin

yeah, he's probably broke having burned through his $99 million dollar contract he signed in 2004 and no doubt squandered his endorsement money on hair-gel...just sayin'

THERE IS NO CRYING IN FOOTBALL!

Except of course at a press conference where you are leaving the team which you assumed you would be playing for your entire career.
