Sorry your "argument" doesn't hold any water.
Haha, you brought up a team who went undefeated and could not play for the championship and then claim that my argument fails? I'd say that fits right into "ridiculous competition setups." Good job proving me right. Keep watching your exhibition games as the university regents stuff the coffers.

The system is bad but the game is better. Your claim was the big plays are from an an unfair balance and that is wrong. Obvious to any who knows the slightest bit about college football.

Keep watching the NFL who notable players include Vick, Pacman Jones, Plaxico Burress.

Also the Patriots were 11-5 and didn't get in the payoffs while the 8-8 Chargers did. So don't act like the NFL's playoff system is perfect because it isn't.

Thos guys did once play college football, you know. The NFL's superiority has nothing to do with character issues....its the quality of the game itself and the playoff system.

If the NFL was set up like college football, we never would have been able to see this exciting run by the Arizona Cardinals. We would have been treated to either the Cowboys or the Giants vs. the Patriots. It would have been fixed based on bogus preseason polls like college.

So when Florida or Texas play Bill Jeffries State University and win by 170 points, you see fairness and excitement? Haha, right.

So when anyone plays the Lions you see fairness and excitement?

I would also add the excitement when a team like App St. beat a power house like Michigan.

Michigan may be traditionally a powerhouse and a commericially popular team, but they're far from a powerhouse anymore. A good high school team could beat Michigan.

One bad year doesn't mean a team isn't a traditional power. If they are so bad how did they manage to beat the Tebow lead Gators in the Capital One bowl the previous season?

Unfair recruiting? Sorry, the player chooses where he wants to go to school, it's not a draft like in the NFL. He might choose the best schools, which makes it seem unfair, but USC has had their bad times, and Washington had blue chip HS players and were competing for Rose Bowls and National Championships.

Sorry, the only teams that ever schedules Div.1-AA teams are SEC schools, cause they're too scared to get beat by Div.1-A schools and never get their chance at the Ntl Championship.

NFL.

It is the highest form of the game.

Only the best college players can play in the NFL

When they get there, the overwhelming majority realize, that they can't play worth a SH#T and need years of coaching to compete.

Grown AZZ men vs boys?..........

If college football was better, than players would not leave early to play in the NFL

Winning the Super Bowl is the highest achievement in the game of Football- you can't win a Super Bowl in college football.
