If they're going to fine Belichick, they might as well fine Jim Harbaugh for tricking the officials into extra challenges.

Brady and Co. did their fair share of whining and pulling influence, so it cut both ways last night.

Bellichick was not going over to the official to wish him good luck, he was going to give him hell about the field goal, which was close but still good. Bill didn't like being beat at his own game, a game of calls going in a teams favor and narrow wins. Oh well, no one is immune this season. All things being equal, each team will probably suffer some bad calls that may cost them a game. It sucks, but they have to work with what they've got.

What doesn't help is these knuckle-draggers who have no discipline. The personal fouls, skirmishes, and trash talking/taunting needs to stop. The older players need to get the younger ones in check, start showing some leadership.

Each week that goes by - the real NFL refs gain more and more leverage.

I wonder if the replacement refs are ready for the real refs to return...

in fact, it adds one more talking point for us to grouse about on Mondays...

If i start feeling the NFL games are fixed by the refs then the event will become pointless. I can't tell you how many times a ref has keep a drive alive for a team that was doing nothing offensively

Since it's Bill Bellicheck and the Patriots Goodell and the NFL will give him a slap on the wrist, if even that. If you replaced Bill with the Jacksonville coach, the Jacksonville coach would be out 2 or 3 games.

I just got done watching monday Night Football. The absolute worst refereed game I have ever seen, college, pro, HS in my life. My Packers lost it but even the commentators finally had to admit how bad they were and continued to point out, not just questionable calls, but horrible calls, like these guys had never refereed a game in their life and didn't hardly know the rules.

Well the newbs just effed up a game-deciding call and the replay officials just agreed with them to prevent a riot, but yeah, these morons are doing a good job! Jennings clearly picked that pass off.

Yeah, after watching the way this Seahawks game ended, I'm beginning to change my opinion of these replacement refs. Forget the offensive PI by Golden Tate. Jennings had that ball, Tate had his hands in there, but Jennings is cradling that ball. I have supported these replacement refs, but that call was bad. Really bad. It's enough to sway me against these guys.

And somewhere Roger Goodell is throwing up. I bet a deal gets done in the next 48 hours.
