What a very depressing game. I am getting sick and tired of Rex, Tannenbaum, Sanchez and Sparano.
This is such a pathetic offense and without a good running game how could you "ground and pound"?
S. Greene is mediocre at best and all the other backs are terrible. Tim Tebow should be a tailback on the JETS. He would do more than he is doing now. The receivers are horrible, with no one frightening opposing defenses. The play calling is atrocious, that was why Sparano was fired. Schottenheimer is a better coach (wow I can't believe I said it). Why aren't they looking at free agents, etc.
Now for the defense-- No pass rush Get Maybin in he will put pressure on the QB and their first round pick needs more plays too. Bart Scott and Calvin Pace can't tackle- get some new blood in. Give Davis and McIntyre some more minutes. Rex is not as good as he thinks, He should shut up and coach (again, I can't believe I said it) This is one of the most boring and mediocre teams out there. If they don't make the play offs, blow up this team get rid of coaches, G.M. and Q.B. and start fresh. These are my words.

From a Jet fan since 1966. Warren Zee

You really shouldn't be afraid of them, they are so weak offensively and overrated defensively.

Actually, the Texans may have to worry about being overconfident.

What else can be said about a team that goes to great lengths to back-up a mediocre quarterback with another mediocre quarterback?

The only concerns are this being a trap game with the Pack and Ravens up next - and somehow the Jets have had magical occurences in the past on MNF.

Other that that - be ready for a focused defensive effort from the Jets, but the personnel just isn't there. Too many weapons for the Texans - who really haven't had the breakout running attack yet.

See, that is why I am more scared now than before the Jets lost.

I am thinking the Texans will let their guards down. Combine that with the Jets coming back this week with a make or break attitude.

I think its going to be a close game. Nothing like yesterday. The Texans better be studying the Jets well
