Not exactly pretty, but for some reason I have always liked the Creamsicle Orange of the TB Buccanneers. There's something about that old swashbuckler helmet too. I prefer that uniform combination much more than the current one.

The Tampa Bay creamsicle uni's are the best... One of the reasons I liked them so much was because they were hardly on TV so I didn't get to see them often. That made them more exclusive almost...

But they are just some good looking uni's... They are not tough looking but who cares.

I own many Mitchell & Ness throwbacks (borderline obsessive). And my two favorites are the Doug Williams Home and Away Creamsicle Tampa Bay jerseys. I have the Leroy Selmon throwback hat that matches them... Although I don't have his jersey.

The Broncos & Eagles are close too... I have the Steve Atwater jersey the 75th anniversary year when they wore the old jerseys. Same with the Eagles in the Kelly green. I have Randall Cunningham's.

I liked the Houston Oilers and the old Tampa Bay Buccaneers uniforms the best.

I was surprised when Denver made navy blue their default home uniform for a while and went away from the Orange Crush jerseys.

I loved the orange jerseys and blue helmets!

As a Vikings fan I believe the Vikings belonged on that list as well. The old unis, like the 70's up to the late 90s' were a much simpler uniform. More of a flat and darker purple without the 3D horn on the helmet. The road white unis were awesome. White jerseys and white pants.

not much on the unis, but how about on the helmet? I was thinking if the Redskins paint their helmets, not with high gloss paint, but with flat paint, like some of the college teams lately. That would give it more of an industrial, working class, smash mouth kinda feel to it don't you think?

These uniforms should be reinstated, permanently:

The Chargers from 1960 to 1973 had the sharpest uniform in the history of professional sports.

Agreed! Those powder blue uniforms were awesome! The guy in that picture wasn't too shabby either. In the 1960's Lance Alworth was as good a receiver as there was in his day.

I enjoyed watching the Pats in their old uniforms last Sunday. I expected to see Parilli and Antwine.

I wish everyone would go back to the 1965 uniforms. Whats with the stripe from armpit to waist?
