This week was my bye week... probably a good week for me to miss.

yeah, this week has been my worst so far.

I would usually go with Miami, Indy, against NOLA, but decided to switch things this week.

this season has been quite the roller coaster ride

Roller coaster in an understatement, especially when you took at the AFC. Looking at W-L records in the AFC compared to NFC, surprising really. I think I'm going to let the "picking" go to those of you who follow and understand football better than I do.

yeah. a week ago only 2 teams in the AFC had winning records while the NFC had zillions. This week both conferences are tied with 7 teams above .500

The NFC is still beating the AFC on number of games won though.

The results that were not surprising

Seattle losing in Detroit..............They only know how to play at home

Giants winning in Dallas................Just didn't know they would blow a 23 pt lead and almost lose

Packers beating the Jags.............Looks like they got their swagger back

The surprising results

Falcons beating the Eagles by 13.........."Thought the Eagles would be desperate and win in a close one"

Colts winning in Tennesse....................."Titans was playing so well and thought they would win by 20"

Bucs winning in Minnesota........... .........."Bucs have looked horrible on the road and thought they would lose big in Minny"

There was no swag in the Pack game, very well could have been a loss, hardly any energy, it was very bad. They did win. Thank goodness!

For some reason ESPN didn't show highlights of it last night on SportsCenter

Maybe because too many low lights. Gabbert had over 300 yds, Rodgers under 200 yds., it was an ugly game, but a win!

Two very short TD throws for Rodgers, 1 blocked punt for Pack defensive TD. A positive was the defense stopping Jags 3 times so they got FGs instead of TDs. It was the strangest game I've seen in a long time.
