If Peterson breaks Eric Dickerson's rushing record, there's no way Peyton wins it. That would mean that Adrian Peterson has the best season for a running back in NFL History.

I live here in Denver and i'm a huge Broncos and Manning fan, but there's just no way that Peterson doesn't get it if he breaks the record.

Coach of the Year---> Pete Carroll...If the playoffs were to being today, the Seahawks would be in the big dance. Who had Seattle in the playoffs at the beginning of the year?

MVP--->Adrian Peterson...He is singlehandly carrying the Vikings offensively. What he is doing is incredible.

Offensive Player of the Year---> Adrian Peterson...He has been a beast all year. With a 6.3 YPC and over 1800 yards after messing up his knee is amazing.

Defensive Player of the Year---> JJ Watt...Without Watt, the Texans defense goes down a notch or two.

Rookie Offensive Player of the Year---> RG3...It is about as obvious as AP for MVP and OPY.

Rookie Defensive Player of the Year---> Casey Heyward...4th in the NFL in INTs and has done a really nice job filling in for Woodson and Shields (while he was out).

Comeback Player of the Year---> Peyton Manning...Because his injury was so much more threatening to his career than Peterson's injury, he has to get it.

I like your list. Casey has been unbelievable for the Packers. I think Rodgers will get overlooked this year for MVP because his numbers were so insane last year. This year he has had to really hold that team together, the injuries, most sacked QB, still keeps his % up, plus low INTs.

I really don't like the coach of the year, giving it out before the SB, I really felt McCarthy should have had it the year the Packers won. New England got it and they were out the 1st game of the playoffs.
