Well looks like the Ravens are starting to pull away after the Colts cut the lead to 4 pts at the half. I always said that you cannot kick field goals on the road in the playoffs if you expect to win. By the colts only generating 6 pts now they are forced to score a TD since the Ravens have extended the lead to 17-6. At some point the Colts will have to go for it on 4th and 4 or less if they want to win this game.

Field Goals at this point of the game should no longer be a option for the Colts

I think they need to concentrate on their secondary first because the Ravens have had too many long passing plays down the field. Despite the play of the offensive line Luck is playing ok in his 1st playoff game but needs to put his team in the position to score before the 4th Qtr.

Ray Rice is killing them with the fumbles . . .

Well looked like Rice dodged a bullet since the Colts could not convert the turnover into points.

Boldin is simply magic. Ithink ray rice has some jitters...he seemed to be the most emotional about Lewis leaving. He just needs to get his head back in and play smarter...and hold on!

Game Over. Luck got some playoff experience today and I;m sure he will be back in the years to come. His coach should have decided to go for it on 4th down way before the 4th qtr when the team was down by 15.

I was hoping for a chance to see Manning play his old team in the playoffs but I guess it wasn't meant to be this year. Ravens @ Broncos next week as well as Texans @ Patriots. Two rematch games, so it should be some good football in the divisional round of the afc playoffs.

I was hoping for the same but the Colts coach was coaching like it was a regular season game instead of a playoff elimination game and never went for it on 4th down.

Neither the Ravens nor the Colts looked all that good today. Looked like pre-season out there at points in the game. Flacco is a mediocre qb who has benefitted from having one of the better defenses of this era backing him up. That defense is still pretty good but not what it once was. I feel confident that the Broncos will be able to handle the Ravens next week in Denver. The defense is going to be licking its chops after a week off.

Even though the Ravens defense played great, Flacco had some big passing plays down the field that broke the game wide open. Overall he was threw for 282 yds and had 2 TD passes which is a pretty good day for a NFL QB in a playoff game.
