Someone's head is going to roll, maybe multiple someone's, over the Martin/Incognito fiasco.

We all know Incognito is gone, the question is, who joins him?

Philbin?

Ireland?

Both?

A lower-level coach?

My money would be on Philbin and Ireland both getting the axe.

As much as I like Joe Philbin, I think he and Ireland are both going although the owner speaks highly of Joe.

When Joe left the Packers, right after his college age son was found dead in a river near his campus, I felt like it was more to get away from memories rather than being ready to be a head coach. I've always liked him, players raved about him but something made me think he wasn't head coach material, can't put my finger on it. He did fine in GB, a small market, different area, but I felt a big city team might eat him up.

Philbin could be axed to appease the media that refuses to drop the Incognito story.

I think it is likely to be both. If Incognito had gotten his reckless behavior under control sooner, it would not have happened. I hope you are not implying the death threats, racial slurs, sexual assault at a golf course event along with being released from three teams for behavior issues is no big deal. He has no one to blame but himself.
