Who are the next top NFL coaching candidates that will be sought after next year? I hear some buzz about Greg Roman, Kyle Shanahan, Nick Saban, Bill O'Brien, David Shaw, and Kevin Sumlin. If your favorite team (and mine will probably be looking by season's end as well) will more than likely be looking for another head coach, who do you want?
Ever since the Steve Spurrier experiment, I've been scared about college coaches, but at least Nick Saban has some experience in the NFL. I'd probably give him a shot. Maybe Greg Roman as well.

Saban went 15-17 at Miami and then bailed for Alabama... he belongs in the college ranks along with Spurrier and that clown Bobby Petrino.
