Definitely the Patriots, Seahawks, Bills, Vikings and Packers. According to lines of latitude on Wikipedia, the Bears & Browns come in just north, as well as the Lions. I believe that's it, so that makes 8 of 32 teams that are north of me in Connecticut.

Personally, I think the OP's question is kind of dorky - who cares if a team is "above" (i.e. north) of you if they aren't located anywhere near where you live?

I'll answer a different, and in my opinion, more viable question - there are 5 NFL teams I could viably see play in their home stadium as part of a day trip from where I live without using an airplane (in ascending geographic distance order - Redskins, Ravens, Eagles, Giants, and Jets). A sixth team, the Steelers, might also qualify, though unlike the other five teams I couldn't viably use public transit to get to/from a Steelers home game as part of a day trip. Ironically, among the five closest teams listed, the closest of them, the Redskins, may be the biggest pain to get to via public transit. FedEx Field is located about a mile from the closest DC Metrorail station (Morgan Boulevard), and the traffic around FedEx Field is horrendous on game days, making transit bus service to the stadium less than ideal. (As it is, I don't think there is a route that drops off next to the stadium anyway, or at least I don't ever remember seeing a Metrobus or Prince George's County bus near the stadium.) I have made that one mile one-way walk to/from FedEx Field a few times to attend Redskins games.

New England Patriots
Buffalo Bills
New York Giants
New York Jets
Pittsburgh Steelers
Philadelphia Eagles
Baltimore Ravens

All are geographically above the great home territory of the Washington Redskins.

Cleveland Browns fan here, and the teams located geographically above me are as follows:

Detroit Lions
Green Bay Packers
Minnesota Vikings
Chicago Bears (by a smidge)
Buffalo Bills
New England Patriots
Seattle Seahawks

Yes I cheated and looked up the coordinates of latitude and longitude for a couple of them, such as Chicago, and New England, and they are close.
