None.

There is no reason to expand.
Plus, the talent pool is diluted enough as it is.

Okay, but this is about the NFL, and they do not have an NFL team.

The Rams left because the fans HATED the owner, she knew it, and she followed the money to St. Louis. Where she was welcomed like the opera star she, a second rate actress and model, aspired to be.

They had a long history in Los Angeles and had a solid fan base. Frontier, who knew nothing about football, inherited the team and made a series of decisions that alienated the fans. People would chant obscenities when she walked out onto the field. As much as they loved the team, fans hated her more. She did zero in the community, never lived in Orange County, and people weren't going to spend money on her team. Which, at the time, was not winning games. She took the team away from the fans. Had her husband, Caroll Rosenbloom, not drowned while swimming off the coast of Florida the team would never have left Southern California.

Some folks need to fix their sarcasm radar.

That said, I don't see personal memorabilia for free/discounted tats as equating payroll. Still, Columbus is all about the Buckeyes.

We got some uptight ones around here. I'm as big an Ohio State apologist around, and even I've cracked that joke.

Well if you want to go down that road I wouldn't consider Ohio State professional either, see how they choked in the Michigan state game?

Anyways, please stay focused on the topic at hand. Columbus, while not the most viable option, is a choice. Can you peddle your jokes somewhere else?
