So what do you see them doing with the #1 pick? Bridgewater and Clowney seem to be the top ranked prospects right now, but I'm not sure either one really fits with the team unless they switch to a 4-3, which then begs the question of what happens to JJ Watt.

Way too early for this. Watt is going to the ProBowl and then home. That's it.

It's never too early in today's NFL; starting tomorrow Mel Kiper will only be sleeping for 20 minutes at a time every 3 hours

Clowney has BUST written all over him.

I hope he doesn't fall to Atlanta at #6.

I'd trade it. Try to pull a Rams situation, Trade the pick to a team that actually NEEDS a QB (looking at you Minnesota & Oakland), and try to stock pile a bunch of future picks. Keenum wasn't that awful; give him a healthy backfield, and permanent job security and see what he can do. At the very worse, if you think Keenum can't cut it, sign a backup. Josh McCown, Matt Flynn, and Kyle Orton all did pretty well in spot starts this year. I'd much rather have one of them under center next year then Teddy Bridgewater who outside of the final game against Miami this year didn't play a single game against a defense with any player worth a damn on that side of the ball.
Defense wasn't that bad either. Of their 14 losses, I think 9 or 10 were by 10 points or less so it's not like they were getting killed. The only question mark on the defensive side of the ball is a DB position, and there's no DBs worth of drafting first overall.

Signs are pointing toward Johnny Football declaring for the draft and it wouldn't surprise me if the Texans take him.

I'm a Bridgewater fan, more than JF. But if they could trade and still get a high pick plus more draft picks I'd go for that.

I feel the same way. He seems to be a lazy player...I think Texans take Bridgewater. You build a team with a franchise QB. I think he is that QB. Its either that or trade and draft which wouldn't surprise me either.

I think they end up going with Bridgewater. Then again last time they had this pick everyone new they were taking Bush. That is until they took Mario. In some ways this draft is similar. You have the guy who most people think will go #1 (Bridgewater/Bush), the stud DE (Clowney/Mario Williams) and the hometown kid (Manziel/Vince Young).
