I don't get the one and done thing for a coach, hardly enough time at all really. Many coaches don't start out with great first year seasons.

Kees, you called it! I had a hunch as he was there before with Dungy I believe. Good for them, he is a great guy!

My first thought on the Cleveland situation is who would want to take that job. Then I thought about guaranteed pay for coaches.
