Xander, it's pointless. We've given a lot of information and if rush doesn't like it he just ignores it. I'm moving on and will be talking football from here.

this is an illegal pick:

I told you not to use personal attacks, it is strictly against the rules in the forums.

The league offices told a Patriot's insider what the ruling is, even if they haven't released an official statement, the ruling does not change. They are ruling it legal. Spamming the forum with GIFs of the play doesn't strengthen your argument and neither does calling people names.

the feeling is mutual.....you 2 fools are arguing that was a LEGAL pick and don't even know the NFL rules.

I put the video twice and still you 2 fools don't want to admit you are wrong.

Good point, some people can not be reasoned with. And with him calling people "idiots" he probably won't be a part of the conversation much longer when a mod cruises through this thread.

Interesting factoid I just looked up, did you know that Knowshon Moreno and Montee Ball both have a higher yards-per-carry average than Marshawn Lynch?

Just wanted to chime in and say that this has been a very entertaining thread. It is going great with my coffee and I haven't even had to do much posting.

I also have a brand new Seahawks hat that my boss gave me yesterday. I myself have no desire to wear it so I think I will offer it to the newest member of the 12th man bandwagon... Rush99.

A suitable replacement for your terrible towel?

The Hawk defense is going to be all over Manning.

I think the Broncos will be only slightly better than their 40-10 loss to the Hawks in the preseason. This game will be similar to the Hawks beating the Saints.
The preseason game means jack... Manning played 1 qtr.

The rest of those wins were at CenturyLink. They lost to those same 49ers on the road... Colts too. The Super Bowl is in New Jersey I think... I know I know they beat the Giants 23-0 there but that is also irrelevant and it was the wrong Manning at QB.

by the way, this is not only an illegal pick but can also be offense pass interference.....the defender has the same right to the ball as the receiver once the ball is in the air.......Welker didn't play the ball once it was in the air, he interfere with the defender's right to make a play on the ball.

Lynch isn't a breakaway runner, he's a big strong bull dozer and as we've seen numerous times, almost impossible to bring down without a fundamentally perfect tackle. One key matchup will be Pot Roast vs Beastmode. Just the nicknes alone make that one irresistible. The Broncos definitely need Knighton to keep doing what he's been doing in order to keep Lynch from gougin up the middle. Also, the linebackers have the challenge of containing Wilson, who can extend plays and scramble, and make gains with his legs. The Broncos were successful against mobile QBs like Vick and Pryor. Wilson is similar insomuch as he is mobile, but as a unit he is on a better team than either of those other QBs, especially Pryor. It will be a big challenge, but not the biggest challenge the defense has faced this season. Biggest stage by a long shot, though.

see how they don't want to debate the play and video, LMAO!!!.......if that's a legal play by WELKER then all you need to do is have one receiver hit another receiver's defender while the ball is in the air to make him open.

I don't think Seattle's offense will be any more of a challenge to the Broncos defense than was the Chargers or the Patriots who they have played a combined 5 times this year. The Broncos defense appears to be peaking at just the right time IMO. The Broncos biggest challenge will be their offense vs the Seahawks defense... can they score 24 or more because I think the Broncos defense limits the Seahawks offense to 24 or less.
