Don't believe me, look at the stats. Take away all the points from turnovers and assume every missed throw was caught, now what is the score?
Are you seriously asking that? The score is 43-8. Peyton's passes got intercepted because Seattle's defense is unbelievably good. Denver couldn't play their game because Seattle didn't allow them to, not because Denver were bad.

You mean to say there are more players in Denver Broncos than Peyton? I had no idea...
It's all about Peyton. Peyton vs all other teams. They should rename the team "Peyton's Broncos"

If Peyton had won it, everyone would be claiming that "Peyton is the greatest" but when he loses it, it's a team effort, huh?

The clueless would say it was because of Peyton. The guys in Denver's O-line could ruin Peyton's game if they decided to go soft. The best teams that Denver face would run over Peyton like a steamroller. He can only step up in a pocket when the rest of the offense is doing a mighty lot of work.

Just an added note. The real entertaining games were Denver-New England and Seattle-San Francisco. Shame to think how much people paid to get a set to watch one of the worst games of the season.

26-16? "Blowout" Well, its always good to see what different dictionaries mean by the word. But maybe Denver's second team gave up all the points to Brady. Anyway, once again, you are going by yards accumulated by Denver, where they converted to points or not. Peyton can march up and down the field, padding his season statistics. But when he faces a team like Seattle, THEN you see why the failure to convert means more.

I'm a Pats fan but it was a one-sided game. The Pats' defense didn't lay a hand on Peyton. The Denver receivers were going up and down the field. Brady looked off his game, missing throws up the field to Slater and Edelman, with the running game shutdown.

The score doesn't convey the time of possession and how well each team played.

I didn't have much of a point except to say the meeting of the gunslingers was anticipated keenly. Everyone knew Russell Wilson couldn't match Peyton throw for throw. But Peyton, Drew, and Tom are THE guys who pepper the field with throws. And I'm pretty sure for most of the season people knew at some point it was gonna be High Noon in the AFC.

It was 23-3 a few minutes before the end.
