This isn't regular football, but compared to the previous 2 years, it was better. Two years ago it was pathetic, players stopping and literally standing around doing nothing. I remember Aaron Rodgers saying he was embarrassed to be a part of it that year afterwards.
The only pro sports all-star game that's actually worth watching as a competitive game rather than just an athletic exhibition is the Major League Baseball All-Star game.
