Some people think that Rick Smith is a bad GM because he didn't build the Texans enough for their first Super Bowl title.

Scott Pioli with my vote.. By mid 2012, I was rooting for the Chiefs to lose because they were so arrogant and I've always been a fan of them. I wanted him gone.. Thankfully he was after that awful season

Matt Millen is worse. During his tenture with the Lions they never even made the playoffs until the 2011-12 season under a different GM. Lions and Browns to this day are the only two longtime franchises that never made the Super Bowl not even once!

Matt Millen, and Jerry Jones. How much more success the Cowboys might have had if Jerry stayed out of it? I'm glad he's involved- love to see those overrated cowpokes lose!

I also think that Tampa Bay has had pretty bad GMs.

As a long suffering Lions Fan, I'd tend to agree.

Most of these other GMs mentioned at least produced teams where there was a "hope" of winning should all the stars align. Millen just created garbage teams year after year.
