I saw Romo miss an open Witten on a big 3rd and 3 in the first half. Romo was erratic all day if not terrible. Not sure his back is as healthy as he claims.

Is it me or is Romo looking for Cole Beasley more these days. I don't think Beasley has been targeted more than he was on Thursday in any game this year. The defense could be forcing Romo to check down to Beasley, not sure but if they want to beat the blitz, they nee more quick slants to him and Dez and Witten...

When I expect Romo to fail he always shows up

When I trust Romo and believes he will win, he always fails

That's how it been with him since 2007

There is no way I am using his injury as an excuse when he looked very good against the Jags and Giants.

I don't think it's being used as an excuse, but more of an explanation.

But his back was not mentioned after a win over a losing team so I definitely don't want to see anyone mention it after a loss against a winning team

Yes, just explanation. Against the Giants, he never had any pressure against him. I would think that is the best way to play with back pain...no pressure in the pocket. I am sure he was happy about that.
