We in Cleveland are happy. Though I think he would've fit in well in Dallas. I just hope for your sake that you guys don't have to rely on Brandon Weeden, should Romo go down.

Speak for yourself. Cleveland fans are not happy overall. The fan boys are....but I am a Browns fan first....Johnny Football is a disaster for the Browns.

Oh lighten up and give the kid a chance for Christ sakes! I'm a Browns fan first and foremost as well! I didn't jump ship like and burn my season tickets like a ton of Browns fans did when Bellichick cut Bernie, and then go out and buy a Dallas Cowboys Bernie Kosar jersey! Was I mad? Sure. But I root for the name of the team on the front, and the city they represent, and not the name on the back of the jersey. I also didn't run off and root for the damn Pittsburgh Steelers when the original franchise left, like so many other so-called Browns fans did!

So long as Manziel is a member of the Cleveland Browns, I will root for him, and hope that he helps contribute to restoring the Browns to being a winner.

Good God, people criticize Jerry for making a splash instead of a solid move. Then he makes a solid move, and they're still talking.

Romo would only be a $40M Salary cap hit if they trade him. JFF was never a consideration. I love the kid, but it was never about the Cowboys.

What is a disaster is Josh Gordon possibly being suspended for the year, and leaving the Browns QB (whoever it is going to be) void of a major weapon!

That is going to hurt Hoyer in the long run. They had started to develop a good style together. And with Burleson getting hurt for the pre-season (they say he'll be ready for the regular season) it's gonna be that much harder to find what works.
