Why don't you like Tomlin? Yeah, Cowher was a great coach. I am glad he turned down the Browns for a coach position. That would have felt traitor-like to me.

I'm surprised you are a Chargers fan and not a Panthers fan...

I don't hate Tomlin. I guess I gotta explain here, I like college ball first and fore most. NCSU is my favorite team, so I like to root for the alumni, for example, I like to check on them, like how many TD's Holt had for the Rams, Yards Jerrico Cotchery had for the Jets, sacks Mario Williams recorded, etc. Bill Cowher was a another Wolfpacker, I thought it would be cool to see him win a super bowl ring as a coach, which he did. After he retired though I started to follow Rivers and Chargers cause they were making some noise and pretty much have been this way since. I do kinda like the Cowboys though, my dad lives out in Dallas and his company has customers and business partners who play for them. Not to metion Rivers was probably the best QB to ever play at NCSU and I remember almost every game he played for us.

As for the Panthers, well, I gave up on them after 2001, haven't jumped back on board since. They're just alright with me.

Default Chargers may release Tomlinson

Chargers bracing fans for L.T.'s departure? - NFL - Yahoo! Sports (http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news;_ylt=AgZ82HEcegdEGgn7Z9RYJKw5nYcB?slug=ap-chargers-tomlinsonsfuture&prov=ap&type=lgns - broken link)

Apparently in an article on Yahoo. The San Diego Chargers may release Tomlinson. Personally i don't know what expect. I love the guy, he's an excellent voice on and off the team. he's not like T.O. or Ocho Stinko being a crybaby, but with his status. i don't know. If the Chargers do release him they will be fined $8.8 million. Tomlinson and Sproles are an excellent two way RB threat. Just like Lynch and jackson for the Bills, but better. Any thoughts?

I have no issue accessing the article. It does sound like it may be on the table in the Chargers front office. Sad. I think the guy could still have quite a bit left in the tank.

He is still very young just had some injuries as of late. The Packers could use a big time back along side Grant and we have a ton of cap room. Never happen but hey, I can hope
