I know my team. I have been watching them for 45 years. (I am 53). I don't see them coming back. If I am wrong, I will be the happiest woman in San Diego, but I don't see it happening. My husband is even more rabid than me. I am not allowed to talk during the games. He does not see it happening either. I am allowed to nod yes.

Good effort at the end there. Chargers fans should be proud of their team. They did really well at the end of the regular season and you can bet they stressed out the Broncos at the end of the game. Hope you guys play more consistently next season

Congrats Charger fans for a successful year and one heck of a quarter of football and keeping the Broncos from putting the game away in the two losses.

Congrats to the whole AFC West as well.

Hope y'all can give us a shout next week.

This photo made me chuckle a little.

This picture could easily be of a Packer fan, so no hard feelings Charger fans. Though I'm not sure how many 12 packs it would take to actually knock out a Wisconsinite.

This sucks. But you know - I am very proud of my Chargers. Our coaching was HORRIBLE. Glad to see whiz go (if the teams don't pull out after watching that horrible play calling). Either way- I hope he's out the door.

I was surprised the play calling was so conservative the first half... actually the first three quarters. I guess he figured that's how they beat the Broncos in Denver -- run, run, run and keep Manning on the bench. It just didn't work this time.

It was a good game though, especially towards the end. As a longtime Bronco fan, I was on pins and needles the whole week. I finally started feeling a little confidence in the team by the end of the third quarter, then quickly lost that confidence!

Keep in mind this year's Broncos have one of the most powerful offenses in NFL history. The Chargers held their own against them in all three games. That's not bad for a team that finished third in its division!

Default Omaha

Who never wants to hear the word "OMAHA" again?

That would be ME!

Yes play calling first half way too conservative, but when Ryan Matthews has run 19+ times per game, they have been 9 - 0. So they went with the run. Needed to give up that game plan sooner, way sooner!
