I think the dude is a bust. Had a good rookie year, but he is a delicate flower that will never be healthy. Im calling him a BUST. Bust like Ryan Leaf. Bust like The Boz. Bust like Tony Mandarach. Bust like Matt Leinert. BUST.

Dude is never going to get his starting job back.
I don't think it's fair comparing him to those guys. Them guys were a-holes which contributed to their bust status.
Now I can see him being a Ki-Jana Carter. A decent guy who was just unfortunate to end up with paper ligaments and glass bones.
RgIII already has done more than those guys and shown he can be dominant when healthy. His inability to stay healthy may keep him from matching his very high potential but that still doesn't make him a Ryan leaf type bust.
His rookie season was a fluke. He was GREAT in college, but no matter what his "talent potential" is, he would never be more than a Jamarcus Russell. HATE these run first non-pocket passer quarterbacks anyway. 'Skins should have taken the far far far far superior Luck instead of this sensitive fragile guy.

How could the Skins have taken Luck over RGIII? The Colts took Luck with the first pick, and the Skins picked 2nd and took RGIII. Should the Skins have called the Colts and told them "we really want Luck so please don't take him?"
Or should they have traded a few more years' first round picks in order to get that #1 overall?

In 2012, RG3's passing numbers:
258 of 393 for 3200 yds, 65% completion, 20 TDs 5 INTs (800 yds rush 7 TDs)
similar to Roethlisberger's numbers:
284 of 449 for 3265 yds, 63% completion, 26 TDs 8 INTs

I've seen many people call RG3 a bust the last week or so.
You guys fail to acknowledge one key factor....he won rookie of the year. Most busts (like Ryan Leaf) wash right out of the league after a horrible rookie year. During RG3's rookie year, he led his Redskins to the first division title since Bill Clinton was president. Let that set in for a second.
Redskins hadn't won the NFC East since 1999. RG3 comes in his rookie year and wins it on his first try. unfortunately, he has/is/possibly will be haunted by injuries for the rest of his career, and yes he may wash out after a few seasons...nobody knows
But he can't officially be a "bust" if he was outstanding for a season and won ROTY.
