His team is down 23-0 and they just had a 3rd and 3 and when they didn't get it they decided to punt

Raheem Morris from the Buccs was pretty bad. Gruden wasn't that bad in his first year with the Buccaneers when they won the Super Bowl.

I doubt it; it's only his first year with Tennessee. Plus, Mike Sherman for the Packers he only spent six years with the club. LOL! I also think all of the Browns head coaches since their return in 1999 were pretty bad.

He couldn't win with talent and his teams were undisciplined. And he got into that stupid post-game altercation with Jim Harbaugh. I guess he's a defensive coordinator for the Bills now. The Bills defense is great, so I guess you could say he's doing a good coaching job. But I prefer to believe that the Bills' defensive unit was talented before he got there and didn't really need any coaching up.

That's the thing about coaching though. Coaches get credit sometimes when it's undeserved and they take the blame when things go wrong with their team. Wins and losses are really the only way to quantity good coaching, but I think there are plenty of good coaches that are just cursed with bad teams. And there are some coaches who are deemed good who are simply along for the ride and blessed with talented teams. It's really up for the players to discern who's a good coach and who isn't since none of the fans deal with the coaches on a daily basis.
I'd have to agree. Schwartz is a true jerk and sore loser. You can see based on this season alone how much the Lions have improved with him gone, and they have pretty much the same players. I think Ron Rivera is overrated as well, and Jason Garrett doesn't seem assertive enough to me, though that is tough with Jerry Jones micromanaging everything Garrett does in Dallas.

Chan Gailey was the worst ever. Anywhere, any level. Cam Cameron was awful, but got hte axe after one season (won one game)
But Gailey is a total joke, even as an assistant, I wouldn't waste $ on him.

I think Lovie Smith was awful in his first year with the Buccaneers. Only two wins two one the road, one at Pittsburgh and one at either Washington or St. Louis and none at home.
