It's the nfl. The Seahawks can beat any team in the NFC slate, but any of those teams can beat them. In Seattle, even. I've watched too much football to count any team out of any contest. Especially in the playoffs.

As long as you don't turn it over against Seattle you can win. The offense isn't good enough on its own to go up big on a team. The Rams were tied 6-6 in the fourth quarter yesterday until 2 backbreaking Interceptions
The Rams always play Seattle tough, kind of the way the Jets do the Patriots. They match up well in many ways.
Seattle isn't built to score a lot of points on other teams, that's not the way they play. The last 6 games they have held the opposition to about 6 ppg, and won by at least 10 every time.
Good enough to win the Lombardi trophy last year, and get the #1 seed and home field throughout for this year.

I agree, Seattle isn't a flashy offensive team. They are a ground it out team who happens to led the NFL in rush offense and total defense. Long drives, opponent 3 and out, are the norm for Seattle.
People seem to get all hot about the passing game but at the end of the day its all about ball control and defense. That is something you don't see a lot of in the AFC.

I doubt Dallas will see the same Seattle team they beat back in Oct this time around. Still, Dallas can beat them but they have to get their first.

I agree. Full disclosure - I'm a Seahawks fan. Even though I think they're NFC favorites, I'll admit the Cowboys do worry me more than any other NFC rival. Their offense is probably one of the few that can have success against the Seahawks. The Cowboys offensive line is outstanding, and they have good offensive balance overall. Even against an outstanding secondary like the Seahawks, a WR like Bryant will eventually get open if Romo has enough time to find him. Murray is also a great RB, but I'll be curious to see how much he has left for the playoffs.
That said, the Cowboys D is average, and the Seahawks offense has improved significantly over that past month (esp the WRs). Their D is also almost entirely healthy. I'm not saying it will be easy, but the Seahawks do seem to have found momentum at the right time, and with home field I like our chances. Of course we won't know who's better for another few weeks.
