Looks accurate to me.

1. Rodgers......good year but not sure if the last month of the season will hurt his chances.

2. Romo..........best year since 2007 and the fact that he had 20 TD's and only 2 Int's on the road I think he should receive strong consideration

3.Watt..............The man is a beast and a sack machine and definitely should be considered but not sure if his team missing the postseason will factor in the decision

So you really can't go wrong with either

Was anyone watching this past GB/Detroit game?? Did anyone notice the way Detroit put up 14 points when GB's offense was stalling with Matt Flynn at the helm?

All numbers aside, GB is nothing without Rodgers... Houston WITH Watt is mediocre at best.

This is why the QB position SHOULD win MVP most years... Because it already is the most valuable position on the field.

Watt has had an outstanding season, but this is an offensive/quarterback driven league. A team isn't going to be made or broken over a defensive end... But it definitely can be a gem or bust, depending on the QB.
In fairness to Matt Flynn, the Lions scored on the drive following Rodgers re-injuring his calf. Matt Flynn didn't go in until the score was 14-7 and he went in with only 24 seconds in the half and they ran one play before the half. In the second half he went 3 and out on one drive. But, that's all the time he was in.

Change that to DaMarco Murray's best (and healthiest) year, and I might agree.

It did look like the Lions would win once the Packers went three and out with Flynn and the Lions tied the game. At that point you could feel the momentum shifting toward the Lions but once Rodgers came back and put then up 21-14 the momentum went back to the Packers and that's why Rodgers is a strong candidate for MVP

The man had 2 Int's on the road all season along with 20 TD passes and is a very strong candidate for MVP. Remember when Weeden started that one game it was obvious that Romo was needed and they ended losing the game. Weeden has 1 TD and 2 Int's in one game which confirms Romo is a strong candidate for MVP this season. And add his big time performance in 2 road games against two winning teams Seattle and Philly in which he had 5 TD passes and 0 Int. Yes Murray has played will to help Romo but the ball still has to be thrown and Romo got it done

The reason this season that Romo was able to throw the ball was because of Murray's work on the ground. Murray made defenses adjust all season. Weeden is a horrible QB--he always has been. But, as we have seen in the past, when Dallas has no running game, Romo throws picks. Dallas started the season establishing the run, and Romo enjoying throwing off of a lot of play action this season. That isnt to say that Romo didnt have a great season--he did. But Murray plays a huge hand in that.

Wisconsin connection

2014 NFL MVP voting.

#3 Tony Romo - raised in Wisconsin
#2 J.J. Watt - raised in Wisconsin. Trains in Wisconsin
#1 Aaron Rodgers - plays in Wisconsin. Charity is in Wisconsin. Has a home in Wisconsin.

Another MVP for Aaron Rodgers.

I heard that Romo Finished 4th behind murray who was 3rd? Why would Romo be lower than Watt and Murray? Makes no sense at all and it's an award that no one should take seriously

On the NFL Honors Show, they only highlighted 3 players. Aaron Rodgers, JJ Watt, & Romo.
Romo & Murray both got 2 votes each & tied for 3rd. Rodgers got 31 votes & Watt got 13.
