Lol, Brady is not mobile at all

Well... to be fair...

Brady moves a little bit better than the Empire State Building.

I believe Brady ran the slowest 40 yard dash ever measured among qb's. He has a few good scrambles because despite his reputation he is a tough and gutsy player. However, mobile he is most certainly not. Not by a long shot and I am a huge Brady fan fwiw.

When push comes to shove Brady can scramble but can't say the same about Peyton.

Most absurd post I have seen in the NFL sub forum. Do you think Vick is the best qb of all time? He is the best runner to play the position.

Will i argue that Aikman is top 5 alltime, no, but i will argue he is on then alltime underatted list (to set the record straight, i am a bit older and will always be a Staubach fan). I like Romo, i am a Romo supporter, but in my opinion, he is not on the level of a Staubach or Aikman....similar to Rodgers....really good QB, but he isnt on the level of a Starr or a Favre....yet....to your point of Romo having more in common with Staubach than Aikman, i dont know about that....Staubach was a highly mobile QB, Aikman was a pocket passer. Romo is probably in between the 2 of them....Arm strength....besides Elway, no one had a stronger arm than Aikman. toss up between Staubach and Romo as far as arm strength. I would give the nod to Staubach, only becuse he throws a better deep ball than Romo
Solid post!

While Aikman is not in the top 5 quarterbacks of all time, he does enter into the conversation of the "Top 100 players in NFL History", coming in at #80. That poll was conducted by NFL Films and it is absolutely recognized by the Pro Football Hall Of Fame.

I'd have to look it up but if I'm not mistaken Troy Aikman is rated 3rd all time in NCAA College Football history regarding passing stats.

And like Keep It Simple stated above, Troy's stats regarding passing in the 1990's is near or at the top regarding the NFL passing records.

I won't go that far but I just feel that based on creativity and speed, Romo is a better QB to me than Peyton. Peyton just played on teams with better defenses over the years to overshadow his limitations at the QB position.
