Your right, i have already been informed that the Patriots were fined and docked a draft pick for getting in the way of the peanut vendor.. big time no no!

they were punished because of WHERE they were taping, and NOT because they were taping. had the cameraman been in the stands doing the taping there would have been no issue. the league said no taping from the sidelines.

I don't understand why people just don't get the simplicity of it all. People equate the fines to the issue, and the NFL messed that up and have created the monster of the Gates.

Your leaving out the WHY the NFL is ok with taping from the stands and not the sidelines. I know WHY and so do you and its the WHY that got them fined and docked a draft pick..
