Only 6-0 lead isn't a safe lead.

With this weather and repeatedly starting deep in their own territory, 6-0 isn't horrible. It's definitely their defense winning it for them right now though.

That's why 6-0 is horrible. Two plays just eliminated 28 minutes of dominant play by the Giants.

Strange game and odd for Rodgers to cost his team 2 FGs, one taking a sack and other on grounding, dumb taking Mason out of FG range.

Giants really had the Packers on their heels, going to be an interesting game 2nd half.

They just explained the hit on Jordy, I thought so at the time that it looked brutal, leading with his helmet right to the ribs on purpose it seemed.

But couldn't he have done it without the helmet to the ribs??? And what a turnaround, when Rodgers is clicking!

He was simply trying to make a play. There wasn't intent to injure Nelson. Hit to ribs, yes, but helmet, I don't think was intentional.

That kind of turnaround can always happen when a team doesn't take advantage of early opportunities.

Well, he could have but that is an instinctive play (hit) and he has likely been taught to hit that was since Pee Wee football. We have only recently started teaching kids to hit with their heads up (heads up football).

Certainly NOT a dirty play IMO, but in order to legislate those type of hits out of the game, you have to start teaching it when they are young.. in another 10/20 years, those hits will be rare.. and dirty..
