What is worse, to me, the solution is simple: Now, this wont fix anything this season, but they need to move Flowers to RT (He is a big strong physical tackle) and find a better LT. You would then have 4 of the 5 positions on the offensive front filled with good players. I think Flowers can be a good player, I just think he is badly out of position, but there really isnt anything the Giants can do about it now because they dont have a better LT on the roster at this moment.
Exactly. They have no LT. And until they solve that problem (so...not this season) they probably don't go far. I think the Giants did well to invest in good defensive players last offseason but now they need to invest in the O-line.

They have the beginnings of a good line with Pugh (injured right now) at LG and Richburg at C. I believe you basically have a RT in Flowers. Find a LT, move current starting RT Bobby Hart inside to RG, and you may be able to solve the problem. The line would also be young. Now, if that lineup fails (you could find a replacement possibly for Hart at RG), then start over. But I think that is a simple move for next season, and shouldnt cost you a lot either.

That defense is really starting to gel. They're looking like a scary unit right now.

Landon Collins is becoming one of my favorite players in the NFL, I hate that he plays for a division rival LOL

The defense certainly wan't terrible last night but not the juggernaut that we were supposed to see. They recorded Zero sacks... they got little pressure. Was any one else scratching their heads on BOTH of those roughing the passer calls? On the slide, the defender ABSOLUTELY pulled up and barely touched Wentz... on the second one, it appeared clean to me.. I only ask for consistency.. when you see Cam get hit LATE in the HEAD by a defender while he is sliding, not get called and then you see Wentz slide, barely touched and FLAG.. that's WEAK.. Neither flag impacted the game much.. IMO.. but still... that's terrible.

Still the offense is terrible.. nothing seems to be working other than OBJ.. if you can limit him, what else do the Giants have? The Eagles defense have been nothing to brag about recently and the Giants were simply anemic against them..

I expect the Giants to still make the playoffs but not convinced the beat the Redskins next week especially if the Skins have something to play for!

But the PI on Sheppard on the second to last drive DID impact the game. Refs make such a difference..sometimes you come out on the good side ..sometimes not so much. For the Giants last night...not so much.

Giants always struggle in Philly.. nothing changes with that. Frankly I though Wentz played a hell of a game.

thinking for a second.. oh yea.. the NON CALL. He was certainly mugged but you can't expect that call. It was the procedure call making it 4th an 6 vs 4th and short that killed that drive..

The Cowboys forum would HAVE LIT UP LIKE A CHRISTMAS TREE..if that were Dez. We would have been reading about conspiracy theories. But it happens ..you get calls sometimes and sometimes you don't.

For one, they need to utilize Paul Perkins more.
