And, I'm a native New Yorker who's a lifelong Pats fan (who also couldn't give two hoots about baseball). Maybe there's some common ground here?

As sox fan, when you've had it handed to you from yankee fans for sooooo many years, it's fun to see the table turned.

NY has had it tough lately. Yanks have the biggest choke in playoff history, and last year the Mets have one of the biggest folds ever.

AHHHHHHHHHHHH. yes, it is good to be a Boston fan.

It has been a strange year for football fans. I even rooted for the much hated Cowboys and Ravens in weeks past. I ever felt sorry for Ray Lewis when Ryan called that time out. I have never cared for the Giants. I do like Strahan but don't care for Eli and Daddy manipulating the draft like that BUT for the next two weeks it is GO GIANTS!!!!!

So knowing what its like to be treated that way here is a novel idea. How about a little dignity...yes class. Boston fans have NONE. Neither do Yankee fans by the way. Both CLASSLESS. Sad part is the teams these classless fans root for portray nothing but class. The Sox of now and the yankees of the late 90's were classy , respectful teams. But their fans? uh-uh

Hey, you want some class? I just saw a report on NFL Total Access. Although his heart was broken at the loss the Packer's equipment manager ran into the endzone, retrieved the kicked ball and ran Tynes (NY kicker) down to hand it to him. Now that is class.

I'm a Yankees fan but absolutely despise the Giants, Redskins and Eagles (as you can tell I'm a Cowboys fan ) Not that I like New England, I'm apathetic about them, but I hope they cream the Giants and just get this perfect season over with.

Yes, I'm a die hard Yankees and Giants fan. 2004 sucked but 2008 has made up for it. Your Patriots got OWNED!

Boston fans are more annoying than Yankee fans anyday, mostly because of their hypocrisy. They always accused the Yankees of buying championships, but Boston didn't start winning until they started spending boatloads of money. I used to dislike the Yankees, and now I root for them to beat out the Sox and shut up their annoying fans.

How do you become a Yankees fan in Oklahoma? Wouldn't someone from OK be more likely to be a Rangers or Astros fan?
