Are we doing a CDF Fantasy football again this year ? I am interested, if we can get enough people together, but I would like for someone else to be the Commish this year if possible, I am very busy (noty that it requires much more than setting it up and deciding on a draft date)

Not sure why you'd bother with a 6-team league but ... you can cut Kelvin Benjamin now if it's a redraft.
Also, I'm not sure if I agree that Tannehill is a top-6 QB.
Luck-Rodgers-Manning-Brees-Ryan-Romo ... tuck Brady on the bench, at least.

Will be interesting to see how Graham does in Seattle, especially as related to a PPR league. Not sure how many catches Hyde will have out of the backfield either, esp if Bush is healthy (big IF I know).

Any tips on how to pick a team?
We are (week in and week out) down around 100-115 points and the rest are 210-225.
We pick a new team every week not player trading. We could choose the same players each week but look at each game to decide which players may have great stats in that game. Example might be if New England played the Saints who has a terrible defense then we might guess that Brady would have a big game and might choose him as our QB.
