Week 2: 7-9
Overall: 17-15

Wow! I'm usually really bad at this, but I think I've at least cracked the 50% barrier every week, that is, until this week. I was shocked to come home from work and find out the Colts lost to the Jets at home, but it seems a fitting end to what has been the wackiest week of football in quite some time. Any given Sunday indeed.

With the Colts loss I'm 6-10 for week 2! Wow, we all did bad this week it looks like.

Week 1: 11-5
Week 2: 6-10
Total: 17-15

I know the Colts started 0-2 last year and went on to finish 11-5 and reach the AFC title game, but this year it has a different feel to it. They were in both of those losses last year and have looked like utter garbage this year. In all likelihood they'll rebound and be okay. No other team in that division is all that impressive. But so far, the Colts haven't come close to living up to some of the pre-season hype.

Former NFL commissioner Bert Bell ('46-'59) was known to have said famously: "On any given Sunday, any team in the NFL can beat any other team."
Yep. Not to mention Thursday & Monday!

Not much comfort in those words!

8-8. Compared to some others for this week 8-8 is actually pretty good, lol.

That gets me to 20-12 on the season.
