I believe currently they are tied with two wins a piece against each other.

Update:
Jets 0-1 against the AFC West. Surprisingly the Jets played 5 of their 6 divisional games through week 9. They finish the season with 3 of their 5 games against the AFC West. Including a game against the red hot Chargers.
Bills 3-1 against the AFC West. A convincing win against the Raiders, a convincing loss to the Chargers and two close victories over the Broncos and Chiefs.
New England 3-1 against the AFC West. Opening night loss to the Chiefs. Two convincing wins over the Raiders and Broncos and a close victory over the Chargers.
Miami 1-1 against the AFC West. Eeked out a victory over the Chargers (theme is the Chargers are pretty good). Close loss to the Raiders. Two games to go against Denver and K.C.
Total record against AFC West: 7-4. No AFC East team has more than one loss against the AFC West, but the two best teams in the East are done playing the West so it will be up to Miami and NYJets to keep winning.
