Washington 3-2
Philadelphia 3-3
Dallas 3-3
New York 1-5 - Possibly on their way to the #1 pick in the draft.

Look for the Eagles to make moves at RB, and CB. Losing Ajayi was a big loss. They should have kept Blount knowing how Ajayi is so injury prone. Also, their Secondary stinks. The O line has looked really bad as well, but I think that will improve as guys forget last year, and get serious.

actually phillys offensive line is looking pretty good overall, the problem is that, like many good offensive lines, they are getting overwhelmed by defenses starting to run more blitzes, some straight up some delayed.

for instance, last week houston made the dallas o line look like they were straight out of college, but against the jags, the o line was very solid.

Last night Blake Bortels was exposed, with a decent pass rush he threw picks like Eli Manning. Credit to Cowboys mixing up coverages and boxing him. It also exposed the Jags run defense couldn't keep up with the Cowboys blocking schemes.

dont forget to give dak credit for prying open the running game. remember that teh jags had to account for both zeke and dak, instead of just zeke. that always puts pressure on the run defense when you have essentially two running back in the backfield.

now if the cowboys could run some two back sets, either with tavon austin or rod smith along with zeke, the dallas running game will really take off since at that point opposing defenses would have to deal with three very capable runners, one of which can also throw down field when needed.

Dallas traded a 1 for WR Amari Cooper.
Philadelphia traded a 3 for WR Golden Tate.
Washington got Clinton Dix.
New York did nothing.

Dallas did OK. Trading a #1 for a year and a half rental? At least it's a year and a half. But I couldn't see giving up over a #2 pick there.

Philly and Washington are the winners. Philly might have overspent just a touch.. Not sure how long Tate's contract runs.. But Washington basically gave up nothing for a 9 game rental. Assuming they don't resign him, they'll get a supplemental pick right around the one they gave up, I think.

That's the deal that is the best out of all of them.

If the Eagles don't re-sign him next year they get the 2020 3 back from Detroit, overall a decent deal

I thought they'd get a 4.. But.. Yeah, if they get a 3.. That's a good deal.

I wish Washington had gotten a receiver as well. They desperately need one. I kept looking for D.Jax to move.

Why should the Giants do anything, they're sellers and stocking picks. They got plenty of weapons that most teams don't even have except they are missing good linesman which you cannot trade for during the season.
