On football Sundays, I find it rather pathetic how the visitor parking in my apartment is full because people all come over to sit on the couch, eat nachos and pizza, drink beer, get fat, and watch football. The weather is beautiful out in most of the country in September and October! Let's move football season back to November.

Here are my reasons:

1. Sports fans still have baseball through October so there is no "sports gap"
2. The weather is gorgeous in most of the country in September and October so people should be outside rather than sitting on their butts
3. The Super Bowl would be in early April which means you can play it in a lot more cities rather than just warm ones like in Florida, California, New Orleans, etc.

The season would run November through early April. I know this will never happen, but I think it makes a lot of sense.

What do you think?

Ok. November thru April it is!

However, I reserve the right to continue using visitor parking, sitting on couches, eating nachos and pizza, drinking beer, getting fat and watching football.

Sorry. Won't happen at all. You'll just have to deal with it because nobody has the right to change it. College football season starts in late August or very early September and ends in January while high school football starts usually in mid-August and ends usually in late October.

If you view said activities as pathetic, why does it matter what time of year people partake in these activities. You're not going to like it regardless.

It's fine the way it is.

Stop worrying about what other people do.

Nope, not buying it, I'm fine with the current schedule, and would hate waiting until November for football.

Baseball, you're talking baseball replacing my football??? Nope, definitely not happening.

I'm sure people would love to attend games in Green Bay and Chicago all through the entire winter, as opposed to only the last few games being cold.

This...plus, it takes long enough for football to get here as it is..no one wants to sit through the painful baseball snoozefest for another 2 months...thats just crazy

So let's move the season back to November because someone is upset that people aren't enjoying the beautiful fall weather? What a brilliant idea.

Because the only time to be active and outside in the fall is....Sunday afternoon. It's not like you can do something on Saturday......oh wait, yes you can.
