My damn Eagles, always finding a way to disappoint. The refs were absolutely atrocious that game too.
Yes they were. Maddening to watch.

I hear you, Cat Man. I expected a Fins win as well -- especially against the rollercoaster Ten-u-see (six-u-don't) Titans -- meaning the ex-Oilers will most likely see TEN losses this year!

The Browns are just as bad as the Dolphins are. Cleveland has not won a single NFL game so far. If they go 0-16, Hue Jackson could be gone. The Browns are one of the worst franchises ever in the NFL right now. Browns fans are miserable, why? No Super Bowl appearances, 13 straight losing seasons, etc.

I would love to be the new GM of that team starting now. The chance to build from scratch, with 4 picks in the first two rounds next year and probably first overall.I would do a Jimmy Johnson, get a few decent low cost free agents with good attitudes, then start drafting a team. And winning.

As for the coach, anyone who can be on the same page as the GM, owner, and make the players play accurate ball, would be better than many in the league now

I am looking to see how the "moneyball" thing pans out in Cleveland, my son and I have been trying to come up with some kind of numeric code for the NFL but it is a different stat than those used for baseball.

Keep in mind, IF the Browns had a decent kicker, or even an experienced kicker, they would have won against my finz !

What costed Cleveland the game in Miami was the poor punt by Britton Colquitt which gave Miami great field position.

The Browns impatience is why they can't be successful. They hire a new coach every other year. You can't win when the coaching staff is constantly changing. Eric Mangini, Pat Shurmur, Rod Chudzinsky, Mike Pettine, none of those coaches lasted more than 2 seasons.

if they'd stop hiring crummy coaches they wouldn't have to be firing them all the time, well that and of course The Jinx
